This privacy statement describes how personal data is collected and processed for Nores SA.

This statement contains information about your rights when storing personal data through the agreement with Nores SA, and general information about how we process your personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

1. Our Responsibilities and Your Rights

Responsible for the collection and use of your personal data — the Data Controller — is Nores SA (hereinafter Nores) under CEO Marianne Lund.

2. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Nores collects personal data from its members, suppliers and others for different purposes and on different grounds. Personal data of members, suppliers and other traders will essentially be information identifying their contact persons. The following refers to the member, supplier, etc., and contact person such as you/you. Nores is notified to change of contact person at nores@nores.no.

Nores stores your personal data with us for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected, or for as long as Nores is obliged to do so by law.

Nores collects the following personal data for the purposes set out below; Full name, email and telephone number.

2.1. Personal data for logging into Nore's member pages, www.nores.no/ www.nores.se

As a shareholder and member of Nores, you shall make your purchases from the suppliers with which Nores has an agreement. Members and shareholders should be familiar with which agreements apply, and this information can be found on Nores.no, after logging in. Nores is therefore obliged to store your personal data so that you can access the information on which you depend. After logging in to nores.no, you also get access to your company's purchase turnover and bonus information in Business Analyze. This page is also only accessible via login with email and a personal password. This password is only known to you, and you can change it at any time. We store the data for up to 3 years after the end of the membership in case we need any information or contact. The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.

2.2 Personal data for logging into Nore's supplier pages, www.nores.no/ www.nores.se

As a supplier to Nores, you are responsible for reporting our members' turnover on nores.no. To access your provider page, you must log in with your email and password. We are therefore obliged to store your name and email. We will also send you information about new members and their contact details by email, and we must be able to contact you for questions and information regarding our agreement. The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.

2.3 Personal data for online shopping at Buy at Nores (www.buynores.no)

In order for you to order goods at Buy at Nores we need your company name, delivery address, invoice address, name, email and mobile number. This information is necessary for suppliers to be able to ship your goods, to allow you to receive delivery updates, and to be able to contact you regarding your order when necessary. You can change the information at any time yourself, by logging into your pages. The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.

2.4 Use of personal data Newsletter

As a member of Nores, we consider it necessary that you receive information about which suppliers and supplier agreements are applicable at all times. To inform you when new agreements have been signed, renegotiated agreements, bonus calculations are completed or other relevant information you will receive newsletters from us. We send you newsletters about once a month.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, just use the unsubscribe link at the top of any email you receive from us. We use the eMarketeer tool for newsletters. The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.

2.5 Use of Personal Data for Invitations

In Nore's strategy plan, we have as one of the main objectives that we should have satisfied members who feel well cared for and that Nores is a proactive advisor in procurement. We therefore organize professional gatherings such as Noresdagen, wine fair, professional seminars and social events for our members around the country. The events have high attendance and are appreciated by our members. If you do not want an invitation to our events, please let us know. As a shareholder in Nores, you will still be given a written notice to Nore's annual meeting. Nores therefore relies on your personal data to be able to send you a notice. The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you.

3. Personal data of third parties

Nores negotiates agreements with the vendors on behalf of its members. In order for suppliers to know at all times which members should have the pre-negotiated terms and for them to be able to contact the members to create delivery agreements, they depend on knowing who you are.

Upon entering into new supplier agreements, the new suppliers will receive membership lists with contact details of our member companies' main contact persons. By main contact persons are meant the general manager/director, purchasing manager and kitchen and restaurant manager.

Upon entry as a new member into Nores we will send out your company name, address, and contact information to principal contact persons of all our suppliers. All our suppliers are then responsible for the processing of your personal data according to the regulations. Partners will be able to access selected information where necessary to perform services for Nores. In such cases, we enter into data processing agreements to ensure security.

4. Your rights

You can access at any time what information we have stored about you and have the right to ask us to change and/or delete data about you unless we are obliged to retain it in accordance with applicable law or other obligations we have. You also have the right to request limited processing, object to the processing and claim the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw consents you have given us. 5. Amendments to the Declaration

If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Statement regularly. If major changes occur, you will be notified.
