Nores masterclass — lessons learned from the best in the industry

Magnus Karlsson recently participated in one of our esteemed trainings, led by the well-known chef and sustainability expert Paul Svensson. During the training, which we conducted together with Swedish Meetings, participants got to know Paul Svensson's expertise in sustainable cooking, practical tips and tools to optimize kitchen workflow and reduce food waste—something that is crucial for modern restaurants.

We at Vår Gård have been working on sustainability and reducing our food waste for a long time, but you never become a complete learner. During the course with Paul Svensson, I got a lot of inspiration and new perspectives. I came back to Vår Gård with more energy and new ideas about how we can work forward” says Magnus Karlsson.
